It’s a great time to relax, reconnect with friends and family and enjoy the moment. The week before last I was in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. I was there with Trisha, my brother and a few of our friends. We had such a blast. I love vacations.

It's been a long time since I didn't measure stats on a Saturday, so I purposely stayed away from the scale for the full 2 weeks, and I was really curious to see the results.
I was surprised to see just how close the results were, but I guess I really shouldn't be, since my diet and exercise stayed nearly identical.
